Our Story
Crafted with passion
Sarah and Paola are half-Swedish and half-Italian sisters who grew up in Sweden. They lived in Paris where the expression for craftsmanship started by creating clothes and accessories just for fun and it was in Rome that the Nous was born and their love for jewels could flower. During their self-taught experience, they accepted teachings from old and new friends, transforming what was a hobby into a full time job, in a positive synergy that goes on today.
Sarah and Paola are very different but complete themselves in a creative equilibrium that finds inspiration in nature, traveling and well-being.
Silver, bronze, crystals and other hard stones are combined into simple and essential jewels that can be worn on occasions or everyday. Sarah and Paola thread beads one by one and use refined and natural materials, several items are produced with the ancient techinque of lost wax casting, avoiding industrial pieces for a cruelty-free and sustainable craftsmanship. They choose organic cotton for their threads and bags, as well as recycled textiles for their clothing line to avoid waste, celebrating joy, freedom and creativity.

Ring Measurements
Here you can easly understand what ring size you need.
We will explain two simple ways of measure your precise diameter and circumference of your finger to ensure you purchase
the correct size of your rings.
Diameter.
If you already have a ring that fits please place the ring on a ruler and simply measure the inner diameter of the ring.
Make sure that you measure in millimeters and from the center of the ring.
Counting from the inside of the ring, from one side, to the inside of the ring on the other side, like on the picture above.
Circonference:
Take a piece of thread and wrap it around the finger you would like to measure, marking where the end of the string meets
the start with a pen. If you have large knuckles, take the size from there, if you have straighter fingers you can take the size lower
down. Always thinking of wrapping the tread not to tight and not to wide , but moderate. Then, line the thread up against a ruler
to measure its length in millimeters. You can then use the chart below to calculate your ring size.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
We ask that you to notify us by email at nousatelierjewelry@gmail.com and that you please include the quantity as well as a description of all items that are being returned. In order for us to provide you with a refund please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and may not have been used or worn. All original documents must be included. The cost of the return shipment is not covered by our warranty and you are responsible for this cost as well as any case of loss or freight damages. We recommend that you send us the return with a trace code and keep a postage proof for your records until we have confirmed that your refund has been received. We will refund the account of the original payment method within 14 days after confirmed receipt and inspection.

Jewelry Care
Nous Atelier AB use several precious natural materials and we highly recommend that you follow these included care instructions to keep your jewelry beautiful and in the best shape to last you for a long time.
Silver
We recommend that you remove your sterling silver jewelry before you go to bed as well as when you are taking a shower or at the beach in order to protect it from chemicals that may alter the metal and its appearance. In case you have not worn the piece for some time it is natural for the silver to get slightly tarnished. If this is the case, simply wipe the piece with a jewelry polishing cloth.
Gold plated and rose gold plated
We recommend that you remove your gold and rose gold platted jewelry before you go to bed as well as when you are taking a shower or at the beach in order to protect it from chemicals to keep it´s shine. Please also avoid perfume on the jewelry since this will matte the metal and reduce the shine.
Bronze
Over time bronze jewelry develops a gold platina. To keep the finish of your bronze jewelry you can wash it with water and soap (This occurs frequently with bronze rings) , to facilitate and to remove eventual oxidation from body oils.
Brass / Copper
Sometimes brass can get a little darker after a while of wearing it and it can easily be cleaned with a dry cloth or brass polishing.
