Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. We ask that you to notify us by email at nousatelierjewelry@gmail.com and that you please include the quantity as well as a description of all items that are being returned. In order for us to provide you with a refund please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and may not have been used or worn. All original documents must be included. The cost of the return shipment is not covered by our warranty and you are responsible for this cost as well as any case of loss or freight damages. We recommend that you send us the return with a trace code and keep a postage proof for your records until we have confirmed that your refund has been received. We will refund the account of the original payment method within 14 days after confirmed receipt and inspection.
